Taylor Redmond

Taylor is a qualitative researcher with a Master’s in Educational Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship from UNC Chapel Hill. She currently serves as a research specialist on the Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP) for the North Carolina initiative and Innovative Strategic Staffing. Her research interests include systemic inequalities, post-secondary access, and social-emotional learning.

Taylor also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in African-American Studies from UC Berkeley and a Graduate Certificate in Innovation for the Public Good from the Gillings School of Public Health.
